Unique hand felted wall hanging made from my own organic Dartmoor wool. The flock is grazed on moorland and the best wool selected for felting work. Using a variety of techniques the image is built up using the natural colours, tones and textures of the wool.
 
Finished with a piece of Elder wood found/grown on the farm. In mythology Elder wood was thought to have magical and protective qualities.
 
In the summer time on Dartmoor, Lizards are often to be found basking on the warm granite rocks.
